Shipping Info

Being a small business, I am unfortunately unable to offer refunds or accept any returns. If you are unsure about any products, please contact me using the contact form or at hello@manjitthapp.co.uk and I'll be happy to answer any questions!

When placing an order, please make sure your shipping address is correct. I am unable to accept responsibility for orders lost in transit, returned due to an incorrect address, or packages that go unclaimed. If the postal service is unreliable in your country, it is strongly recommended to pick 'Tracked' as your shipping option. Any possible customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Prints are made to order and will be dispatched within 5-10 days.

UK orders will arrive within 1-3 days once dispatched.

International orders will usually arrive within 1-3 weeks but can take up to 6 once dispatched.

Billing

You will be billed automatically on the same day of the month that you first signed up. For example, if you join on the 10th of February, you’ll be billed on the 10th of every month. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time, just be sure to do so before your next billing cycle. You can view and manage your subscription by logging in here.

Shipping

Shipping cost is included. To keep shipping costs low, I will be shipping UK orders 2nd class and international orders Standard.  Mail is sent out during the first week of the following month.
